These are
the strengths of Badgett Constructors, LLC, developed from
the contrasting experiences of our long business history.
Under our
current ownership and management, we have been in operation
since 1970. But, our roots date to World War II when the company
originated as Stoner Construction.
We believe
in old fashioned values - commitment to quality, dedication
to service. Yet, we are modern in our thinking, using technology
to plan and execute our projects with a high degree of efficiency
and cost effectiveness.
We construct
commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. But, we
also remodel existing buildings.
We have
been the prime contractor for large, multimillion dollar projects.
But, we are also the company people call when they want the
small jobs - installing a door, adding a work space, concrete
foundations for machinery - performed with expertise.
We prefer
to keep our work in-house for better quality control. We maintain
a relatively large staff of skilled craftsmen - cabinet makers,
welders, carpenters, concrete placers, plasterers. Including
support personnel, our "family" numbers over 125 members.
On the other
hand, we have excellent working relations with subcontractors
- plumbers, electricians and other specialized licensed trades
whose talents we respect.
Like a family
unit, we provide strong leadership from top management. But
we give our Project Managers the autonomy to run their own shows.
Each is accountable for the success of the projects he manages.
